Loosing me

Loosing me

My mother came to my room
And asked me to see
That there is a world outside
My storybooks and grief.
I knew she is right
Like always, like sun in east.
I stepped out of my world
To the world made by all
Everywhere I went
I searched for the ones
Whom I had lost.
In the process I found
Some new people and art
Wonderful music and places
Full of adventurous cart.
With the people I had lost
I had lost a part in me
And now I decided
To build a new self for me.
My mother sees in me
An old house under construction
She sees me break
To build to new
She sees me shake
To be renewed.
I caught her crying,
She thought I was leaving.
Like the other days,
I couldn't wipe her tears
My hands were busy
Concealing mine.
Because she was right
I was indeed loosing me.
