Girl that made me smile

Mussorie dairies

So the journey begins. The humdrum of railways gives a thrill to my heart.
While we were waiting for our mussorie express at platform 16 a family of four were standing side by..ie a 5 yearish girl, thirtish women, same age man, new bornie.
The young girl was carrying or I should say waving proudly her packet of snacks. She glanced at me. And gave a  beautiful smile. I smiled back. She showed me her packet of chips. I smiled once more.
She shown with delight. Nagged her parents..mummy..mummy..Didi.
"papa..papa..Didi." how adorable she looked. She stole my heart. And when she saw those police men on round..she screamed.."police,police,police!"
Her father said"You wanna be in police?"
She nodded proudly.
And I noticed her proudly..seeing me in her.
Her father asked "which one?"
She inquired,"I can be of any colour?"
Her father,"of course!!"
She said,"I wanna be pink!"
He said,"yeah darling"(hiding his smirk)
She said,"no..I wanna be blue"
He said, "as you wish."
And the girl gave a cheerful smile..which gave me a reason to smile, for the rest of my journey.
A smile can indeed make a huge difference.
